Recently, one of my friends has told me that she can not see objects afar clearly. I could not believe her when I heard about this. For she always has perfect vision. Then she consults with me about whether she should wear eyeglasses. I suggested her to see an eye doctor.

Then, the eye doctor suggests her to wear eyeglasses. However, the latter things have proved that eyeglasses are not suitable for her. I thought perfect as her vision was, she should find out the reason for blurriness.

I ask her to tell the experience from perfect vision to blurriness. She tells me that her vision declines after wondering something that she could not see objects afar clearly. She is too concentrated to her thoughts.

After analyzing, I have realized that here is some links between her thoughts and vision, for the nerves of vision are firmly connected with brains.

Therefore, I strongly suggest her to do as follow:

Mentally relax herself with the thought that no glasses is on her face; exhale and inhale deeply each day; never stress herself; have sufficient sleep; keep healthy diet, like more fruits and vegetables; think that no vision problem is in her eyes and believe such matter is untrue and vision is becoming better all day long.; do some exercises that can help relax herself.

The results have proved that those suggestions are really very effective and she regains her perfect vision some time later. Therefore, vision is what we can think.

I have ever performed ocular gymnastics when I was young to preserve eyesight, but I never get to know that even if I am nearsighted, I am also able to improve my eyesight, even restore my eyesight by exercises until one day one of my friend told me that. On hearing this news, I was overjoyed, because I really want to get rid of glasses and I do not want to have any surgery, and now there finally is a natural way that I am able to restore my eyesight. 1. Before any exercises, relax your eyes and eye muscles first, which you can accomplish either by closing eyes for having a rest or lightly rolling muscles around eyes.

2. Prepare a pen or pencil and sit in a chair at ease. Put the pen or pencil straightly before your eyes and gaze at it for a few minutes before you remove your gaze to some object in a distance of 10 feet. Repeat this action for 10 to 15 minutes to get the maximum result.

3. After the above procedure, stay in your seat and do eye rotation, moving your eyeball clockwise or counter-clockwise as you like. Keeping rotating for a few times will help to relax the tension of your eyes and muscles around. This is the the key step to help strengthen the muscles and improve eyesight.

The Cause of Bad Vision

If our eyes are too strained, they will suffer a lot. This is because our eyes may get damaged for the sake of too much pressure. Most of us have our eyes damaged when we start our schooling as young children. Little by little, as we grow up, the conditions of our eyes become even worse. The reason is we have developed some bad habits in using eyes since then.
